Hot Female Athletes
Women’s sport is rapidly growing in popularity, and it’s partly to do with the sexy sports babes happily putting on tight skimpy and revealing outfits as part of the show. In fact, some guys who watch may not even be that interested in the scores and sporting outcomes, but rather just there for the all-action show of eye candy; watching the fit and often beautiful ladies move their well-trained bodies around. Either way, it’s good for women’s sport, as it brings in more funding and allows it to prosper; everyone’s a winner. That’s of course as long as nobody gets the idea to start making the outfits less revealing, as if that happens we know that many viewers will switch off and/or stop buying tickets, so let’s hope they never decide to do that, or if they do we’ll all have to resort to watching reruns of female sports from what will eventually be known as “The Good Old Days!”. Here’s a collection of fit sporting ladies from various different sports.

When Cheerleaders do Naughty Things to Compete for the Attention of the Fans
Today we’ve got some photos of when cheerleaders decided to do naughty things to entertain the crowd or their fans, they do love being the center of attention and they have good tricks for making sure they stay there. Sometimes they remove their skirts to show off their panties or thongs, other times they may do a strip tease down to their bras and panties, they will also put cleavage on show. If a cheerleader finds an excuse to be a bit naughty she will normally take it, in fact, some prefer not to wear skirts so their thongs are permanently on display to their fans.
Before the pics, below we’ve put together a bit of information about cheerleader uniforms and fitness for you in case it’s of interest. How did they end up wearing such sexy uniforms and what exercise and nutrition is required for them to stay in such great shape?
University cheerleading uniforms—including skirts—are typically designed to balance aesthetics, tradition, and function. Cheerleading is a physically demanding sport involving stunts, tumbling, and dance, and the uniforms are engineered to allow a wide range of movement while maintaining team identity and visual cohesion. The skirts worn by cheerleaders are often short by design, provocative, and to allow for easier movement and prevent fabric from getting caught during complex routines.
Cheerleaders typically wear form-fitting compression shorts, or “spankies,” under their skirts. These are considered part of the uniform and are intentionally visible during high kicks or jumps. Critics argue that the focus on cheerleaders’ attire sometimes reinforces outdated views of femininity or objectification. However, others point out that many cheerleaders take pride in their uniforms and routines, and don’t see the visibility of spankies as inherently problematic. Ultimately, universities and athletic departments typically set guidelines that comply with both safety standards and codes of conduct, ensuring that the uniforms are appropriate for the sport and respectful of the athletes involved.
Fitness – Cheerleaders at the university and professional levels are highly trained athletes whose fitness routines rival those of competitive gymnasts and dancers. Their athleticism is often underestimated, but maintaining the strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination required for cheerleading demands rigorous and consistent training.
Fitness Levels and Athletic Demands
Cheerleaders must be in top physical condition to safely execute stunts, pyramids, tumbling passes, and dance routines. Flyers (those lifted into the air) need exceptional core strength, balance, and flexibility to hold poses and land safely. Bases and spotters (those lifting or catching) must have powerful legs, arms, and core muscles to manage the explosive force and weight during lifts and catches. On top of that, all members need cardiovascular endurance to perform energetic routines for several minutes without fatigue, often multiple times during a game or competition.
Training Regimens
Most university and pro cheerleaders train several times a week, combining cheer practice with supplemental workouts. Their fitness routines often include:
-
Strength training: Weightlifting, resistance band work, and bodyweight exercises (like squats and planks) to develop muscle endurance and prevent injuries.
-
Cardio: Running, cycling, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to build stamina for long routines.
-
Flexibility: Daily stretching, yoga, and active mobility drills to increase range of motion, especially for flyers.
-
Skill-specific drills: Practicing tumbling, dance choreography, and stunts under the supervision of coaches to perfect timing and technique.
Nutrition and Recovery
Just like other elite athletes, cheerleaders pay attention to nutrition and rest. Many follow balanced diets rich in protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to fuel performance and recovery. Hydration and sleep are also crucial, especially during peak training and competition seasons.
Overall, the discipline required to be a cheerleader at this level is intense. These athletes combine artistry, precision, and physical prowess—often while also managing academic or professional responsibilities—making cheerleading a demanding and highly respected sport behind the scenes.
